different customers into shared high-throughput sequencing runs. Each sample is processed with its own barcode or index, allowing data to be separated accurately after sequencing while still taking advantage of the full capacity of platforms such as Illumina NovaSeq 6000, PacBio, or other appropriate sequencing systems. By filling available sequencing capacity with multiple projects in one coordinated run, we reduce idle instrument space and distribute fixed sequencing costs across many samples.<\/p><p>Pooling is offered every even-numbered month, with the sample-arrival cutoff set for the last Friday of the pool month. There is no minimum sample size, so both small and large projects can join the same campaign and benefit from flat discounted pricing. After samples pass DNA QC, we proceed with library preparation, sequencing, demultiplexing, and standard data delivery, with service quality maintained and results delivered within the guaranteed
